Susanne Lerohl
Susanne Lerohl has been working in the health and wellness field since 1999. She began her career in the health food industry helping people navigate the intimidating and varied products and health food options towards safe and effective solutions for their needs. She completed training at Grant MacEwan College, in Edmonton Alberta, in 2001 with a diploma from the Holistic Health Practitioner program.
Immediately following her college education she began working with clients on a part time basis while she continued to work in the health food industry. In 2003 Susanne took up the opportunity to work as an aide for children with Autism. As an aide she contributed to, evaluated and executed therapeutic programs. Susanne began her journey with special needs children when she was 16 years old.
In 2002 Susanne co-founded the Dharmadhatu wellness company in Edmonton, Alberta as she completed her teacher training in Reiki (Japanese stress relief practice). She began teaching Reiki classes throughout Alberta in 2003. Susanne works with clients on a one to one basis as well as in classes. She also facilitates courses and seminars to businesses throughout Alberta and she continues to build clientele in her holistic health practice.
Susanne works with clients and students on problems ranging from stress, anxiety, menstrual disorders, and relationship challenges, to job frustrations, acute, chronic and terminal illness with a highly developed empathetic and holistic perspective.
In the spring of 2007 Susanne was invited to join the faculty in the Holistic Health Practitioner program at Grant MacEwan College in Edmonton, Alberta. She has taught in eight different courses in the Holistic Health Practitioner program as well as performs administrative duties for the clinical internship component of the program.
